2.Return items must include all original packing and contents including accessories.
3.Return items must be unused / unworn.

Who bears the return shipping costs?
We aren’t liable for the return shipping. You should pay for all the return costs and make sure we can receive your return. It’s better to provide us the tracking number of the return shipping as we are not responsible for lost returns.

How long can I return it for exchange?
Most items have a 30-day return policy. All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are unsure of the return policy for a particular product, please contact us.

How will lightoha resolve my return?
Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.Then you can return items to the address we provide for you.

I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?
When we receive your return it will take 5 to 7 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your refund Please note the original shipping fee isn’t refundable.
